IDEAL-NM courses can expand the curricula offered by local schools, resolve scheduling conflicts, and meet a wide variety of school and student needs. They can be accessed at any time during the day or evening by students. The most commonly used model is for schools to register students and give them computer access at a scheduled time during the regular school day to complete their coursework. Courses are taught by highly-qualified New Mexico teachers who have received special training in online teaching. Their “class” sizes are small to enable personalized instruction.

Schools are requested to designate one staff member to register students and act as a site coordinator for IDEAL-NM courses. Site Coordinators may register students here or via the front page link.

Schools will be invoiced $200 for each semester seat.
